Terms & Conditions
- Package Validity – 30 days from the date of inquiry.
- Rate Policy – 522 Restaurant reserves the right to revise rates without prior notice.
- Guest Count – Billing will be based on the actual number of guests present or the minimum guaranteed number, whichever is higher.
- Prohibited Items – As per government norms, outside food, beverages, and restricted items are strictly not allowed in the lounge premises.
- Guest Number Changes – Any reduction or change in confirmed guest numbers is allowed up to 7days before the function.
- Liability Disclaimer – Management will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused due to natural calamities, accidents, power failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Approved Vendors Only – Any services such as décor, DJ, lighting, or special arrangements must be taken from our approved vendors. Outside vendors are not permitted.
- Décor Charges – Decoration and special theme setup charges are extra and will be quoted separately.
- Menu Policy – Menu items once finalized cannot be interchanged or replaced.
- Time Slots – Afternoon: 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM | Evening: 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Maximum 4 hours per slot. Extension charges of ₹10,000/- per additional hour will apply, subject to lawn availability.)
- Minimum Capacity Rule – If guests are below 50% of the lawn capacity, additional rental charges will apply.
- Cancellation Policy – No refund will be provided in case of cancellation. Cancellations are only accepted at least 30 days before the event date.
- Advance Payment – Minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The balance amount must be cleared at least 3 days before the event.
- Limited chairs will be provided as part of the standard setup. Any additional chairs requested by the guest will be subject to extra charges.
